<p>That response is: <strong>WRONG! HRM is so much more than that&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>Organizations are realizing that quality employees are a strategic aspect in competition.  Managing those employees effectively directly impacts the achievement of the organization&#8217;s objectives.</p>
<p>On a broad level, human resource management is designed to acquire a competent workforce and create an overall organizational climate that maximizes employee satisfaction and efficiency, subsequently contributing to the attainment of organizational goals.</p>
