Hi everyone! My name is Annie and I am one of two Conference Chairs this year. My job is to facilitate planning for our annual conference as well as provide a point of contact for all sponsorship that UAHRMA requires. I am very excited to participate in a conference that provides a great opportunity for students to network as well as learn more about the HR profession. Hi everyone! My name is Casey Fillatre and I’m one of two lovely Conference Chairs this year! I am an HRM major in the Bilingual Bachelor of Commerce program. I am so excited to be part of such a well established conference and I hope to make this year’s very memorable for all of you. We are going to have some great speakers and executives for you to network with and learn from this year, so don’t miss out! My name is Luke Shin and I am very excited to be part of the HRM Student Conference this year. This is my first year to attend the conference as a UAHRMA executive, and the reason why I joined the UAHRMA is because I really learned a lot about HR from the conference last year. I believe that this conference is a great opportunity to network with HR students and professionals in Alberta. And as for my responsibility, I will be working on registration of all the students attending the conference. I look forward to meet you at the 6th Annual HRM Student Conference in March.

Hi Everyone! Thanks for supporting UAHRMA’s 6th Annual HRM Student Conference. I am back for a second year and am very excited to see our Annual HRM Student Conference grow. We have a widely dedicated team who is ready to provide a great experience for everyone participating and attending the event. As the Director of Speakers, my goal is to obtain a diverse group of HR experts that will be able to teach you things about the HRM field, which most likely would not be taught in a classroom setting.

Hey everyone! As Conference Assistants, our job is to help out wherever possible to make your conference experience enjoyable. The conference is a great opportunity to provide students real world examples of what HR practice is like and be a fun weekend learning about HR outside of the classroom.
